These Terms explain how our $9 resume service works. By placing an order through this website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are
This service is operated by TheAgency2Direct Resume (“we”, “us”, “our”).
We provide affordable resume rewriting services delivered online.

2. What we provide
For $9, you receive:

3 professionally designed resume versions based on your information
Delivery within 24 hours (from when we receive full payment and your completed form)
1 free revision within 7 days of delivery
Details of the service are shown on the main page of this website.

3. How ordering works
You complete payment securely via Stripe.
You fill out our intake form with your resume information.
We use AI tools and human editing to create your new resume.
We deliver your resumes to the email you provided.
If you do not complete the intake form, we cannot start your order.

4. Your responsibilities
You agree that:

All information you provide is accurate and truthful.
You have the right to share any information or documents you upload.
You will review the final resume and make sure it is correct before sending it to employers.
We are not responsible for any issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information you provide.

5. AI use and human review
We may use AI tools to help draft and format your resume.
Every resume is reviewed and finalised by a real human before it is sent to you.

6. No guarantee of a job
We aim to improve the quality and presentation of your resume, but:

We cannot guarantee you will get a job, interview, or specific outcome.
Hiring decisions are made by employers, not by us.
7. Delivery time
Our goal is to deliver your resume within 24 hours of receiving your payment and completed intake form.

In rare cases (for example, high order volume or technical issues), delivery may take slightly longer. If there is a delay, we will contact you as soon as possible.

8. Revisions
You are entitled to 1 free revision within 7 days of receiving your resume.

Revisions cover small changes such as wording, job titles, or minor layout adjustments. Major rewrites or new roles may require a new order.

9. Refunds
Because this is a custom digital service that takes time to create:

We generally do not offer refunds once work has started.
If we are genuinely unable to deliver your resume or you receive nothing from us, we will review this on a case-by-case basis.

10. Intellectual property
You are free to use, edit, and share your completed resume for your own job applications.

We may keep anonymous or partially redacted versions of resumes for training, quality control, or example templates. We will not share your full personal details.

11. Prohibited use
You agree not to use our resumes or website for any illegal or harmful purpose, including:

Providing false employment or education information
Impersonating another person
Attempting to access our systems without permission
We may refuse service if we believe a request is inappropriate or dishonest.

12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Any changes will apply to new orders placed after the updated date is posted.
